I know that I’ve pretty much disappeared from this account so I guess there are a few updates to be made before I probably disappear again.
I’m currently on a course of CBT for my diagnosed anxiety disorder which is complete bullshit and hasn’t been useful to me whatsoever. However, I have been managing to both overcome some of the features of my anxiety and allowed myself to be proud of how far I’ve come over the past year.
At the moment I am currently sitting GCSE exams almost every day so I’m stressed and withdrawn and working my ass off but maybe I’ll return after them and turn this account more positive, I’m still not sure
